What is not the purpose of this site?
The purpose of this website is not to serve as a replacement for professional tournament planning in professional combat sports. We believe that professional sports have specific requirements that can only be met by professional software and services. Our platform is exclusively aimed at amateur karate clubs and aims to assist them in organizing tournaments and seminars. For the complex and demanding needs of professional combat sports, we recommend using specialized solutions tailored to the high standards and specific requirements of this level of sport.
Is there a cost associated with using this site?
No, there are no costs associated with using this website. We want to ensure that all amateur karate clubs have access to the resources and support they need without financial barriers.

Is the use of this site linked to a karate association?
No, the use of this website is not linked to a specific karate association. Any amateur karate club can use the platform, regardless of its affiliation with an association. However, the site is strongly oriented towards the rules of the German Karate Federation (DKV), which is organized within the World Karate Federation (WKF).
It is important to note that we have not verified whether the processes of tournaments and seminars are the same or similar in other associations or organizations. Therefore, we recommend you try out the site and provide us with your feedback. Your feedback is valuable to us to further optimize the platform and ensure it meets the needs of all users. Are there limitations to the functionality of this site?
Yes, there are limitations to the functionality of this site. Not all conceivable functions and options for tournament and seminar planning have been implemented so far. We are continuously working to improve the platform and add additional features to better meet the needs of karate clubs.

Known limitations:
- Only KO mode available (no Round Robin)
- Maximum of 16 participants per fight
- Only one pool per fight
- Each user can only be assigned to one club
- Only one PDF can be attached per event
- Team Kumite is currently limited to 3 fighters
- No Tatami planning for an event (no schedule, etc.)
